Be sure to include at least one of each to make sure you’ll have full bellies and lots of energy! You’ll need a grain/fiber (pitas, crackers, corn chips), a protein/fat (meat/veg meat, avocado, egg, cheese/veg cheese, hummus, tzatziki dip), a vegetable (carrot sticks, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes), a fruit (apple slices, grapes, oranges, bananas)
