Eggcitables French Toast & PB Cup. Sauce

We can all get in on this decadent vegan breakfast; sweet cinnamony French toast made with eggcitables, with a peanut butter cup. chocolate sauce drizzled on top. ...wipe your chin, you're drooling!


First you’re going to need to grab a bag of Eggcitables – Plant Based Eggs and Peanut Butter Cups.

French Toast (makes approximately 4)

  • 2 portions of Eggcitables
  • 4 tbsp. mix milk of choice (we used Earth’s Own Oat milk)
  • 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • vegan butter or oil for frying
  • Bread (use gluten free bread for a GF recipe!)

PB Cup Chocolate Sauce


  • Mix your 2 portions of Eggcitables
  • Mix in your milk, sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
  • Melt butter or oil on frying pan
  • Coat your bread in your eggcitables French toast mix on both sides and place into the frying pan
  • Cook on both sides until mix has cooked and bread is toasted
  • Continue this process until your mix is gone (hint! if you have a little bit of mix left, cut a piece of bread in half so you don’t waste any of your mix!)
  • While it’s cooking, place your PB Cup and milk into a small microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 20 seconds or until PB cup is soft.
  • Stir the milk and PB cup until combined.
  • Pour your PB cup mix on your eggcitables French toast and devour!
