Ingredients
- Dairy version:
Keifer OR a Greek yogurt mixed with a bit of milk - Vegan/Dairy free version:
Dairy Free Keifer OR your choice of dairy free yogurt mixed with a bit of dairy free milk
We suggest a plain or vanilla flavor, but feel free to mix it up!
- snak. peanut butter cup. (Purchase here!)
- (Optional) Maple syrup for an extra sweet treat
Directions
- To start if you’re using yogurt and milk, mix to combine until you have a smooth consistency.
- Blend your pb cup and yogurt mix (and maple syrup if using) together until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds and pop them into the freezer.
- Freeze overnight so they’re all ready for the sunny day ahead! 😎
